You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when it changes. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for managing user access, roles, permissions, and invitations.
3. Use of the Service
You may use TrimBooksHQ only for lawful business, bookkeeping, accounting, reporting, and related administrative purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with service operation, or upload content that you do not have the right to use.
4. Financial Information
TrimBooksHQ helps organize financial records, reports, transactions, documents, and accounting workflows. You remain responsible for reviewing your books, maintaining required records, and making financial, tax, legal, or compliance decisions with qualified professionals when needed.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans, add-ons, usage limits, and subscription changes are managed through Billing. Fees are charged according to the plan and add-ons selected by the organization. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data, records, files, and content you submit to TrimBooksHQ. You grant us permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
7. Availability and Changes
We work to keep TrimBooksHQ reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or factors outside our control. We may modify features, plans, or these terms as the product evolves.
